Returns – Terms & Conditions
We want you to feel safe and confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer returns on items purchased online, under the following conditions designed to protect both you as a buyer and us as a reseller of exclusive items.
For online orders, you have 14 days from the day the item is delivered to either a parcel shop or your home address. If you wish to return, you must contact us in writing before the deadline. Returns without prior agreement may be refused.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns if the item has been worn further, damaged, or altered. We recommend trying shoes on a soft surface to protect the sole. Returns will also be refused if the item has gained smells such as perfume or smoke, if there are stains or marks, or if original tags, serial numbers, certificates, or packaging are missing.
We always document the condition of items with photos before shipping and reserve the right to compare this upon return. If the item is found to be in worse condition than at delivery, the return can be refused, or a deduction for loss of value may be applied.
Return shipping is at your own cost and responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance, as we cannot replace lost or damaged parcels. You are also welcome to return your item in person at our store during opening hours, provided it is within the 14-day return period.
Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns for in-store purchases
You are always welcome to visit us in person to see and try an item before making a decision. If distance makes this difficult, we are happy to send you photos and videos so you can feel confident in your purchase. Because our secondhand designer pieces are unique, one-of-a-kind items, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds on purchases made in our physical store. All items are sold as seen, so we encourage you to take your time to inspect and try before buying. Of course, we are always here to help you review condition, fit, and details so you can feel completely comfortable with your choice.
Warranty on secondhand and vintage items sold on commission
All secondhand and vintage designer items we sell are handled on commission, which means we sell them on behalf of private sellers. For this reason, the purchase is legally considered a transaction between two private parties, and there is no statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
We value transparency and trust highly, which is why we always strive to describe the condition of each item as accurately as possible. Any known flaws, wear, or signs of use will be clearly mentioned in the product description and/or shown in the photos. We encourage you to carefully read all descriptions and reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase. This ensures a safe and fair process for both buyer and seller.
That said, we are always here to help where possible, including with repairs such as leather care when relevant. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
