Sell through us – safe, simple and with heart
Thinking about selling your designer items, but not sure how? With us, you can sell safely through commission – without stress and with a service that is both professional and personal.
You receive:
• 70% of the selling price for items up to DKK 20,000
• 75% for items between DKK 20,000–30,000
• 80% for items between DKK 30,000–40,000
• 85% for items above DKK 40,000
of the sale, paid directly to your account. This makes us one of the most affordable options on the market – and at the same time, one of the friendliest to work with. We also take care of all the questions, logistics, and complications that often come with private sales, so you can simply sit back, relax, and wait for your item to sell. For us, your peace of mind is the most important thing, and we are always happy to answer your questions.
We are also among the very few places with no time limit on your items. They can stay for sale with us as long as it makes sense – with no pressure.
How to submit your items
We do not accept items in the store for evaluation – everything is done online.
Send an email to Info.cocovintage@gmail.com or via our Instagram: Cocovintage.dk with:
- Photos from different angles (front, back, details)
- The condition of the item
- A description of what’s included (dust bag, box, receipt, etc.). Typically, the more accessories included, the higher the price.
- The payout price YOU want to receive. Please remember: we sell as a store, so the item must be listed at an attractive price for buyers that also matches the market.
Direct purchase
If the item is highly sought-after, we may also offer a direct purchase.
- In this case, you get your payout immediately when you deliver the item to us – it will not be listed for sale first.
- The payout depends on the item, but it is usually lower than with commission sale.
- In return, you are guaranteed a fast and secure sale, with no waiting time and no buyer return rights.
- You are always welcome to mention in your email if you would like to hear about the direct purchase option.
- If we do not offer direct purchase, we will instead offer commission – but only if we believe the item is something we can sell to our customers.
Delivery or shipping
- Once we have agreed on a collaboration and a price, you are welcome to deliver the item physically in the store.
- You are also welcome to ship the item to us – this is at the seller’s expense.
- We always recommend insured shipping for larger or more expensive items.
Our guarantee
- We only accept authentic items – no copies or replicas.
- We guarantee the authenticity of every item to the buyer.
- No item will be listed until it has been inspected by us and our experts.
What items do we accept?
We prefer brands we already carry in the store and webshop. But you are always welcome to send us pictures of other items – we are happy to look and see if they fit our universe and customers.

Rules and conditions
- Your items are always covered by your own home insurance until sold.
- When the item is sold, you receive 70% of the agreed sale price.
- If the item is bought online, the buyer has 14 days right of return according to EU law.
Your payout will only start after these 14 days.
After that, it takes about 5–10 business days before the money is in your account.
- If you want your item returned, you must inform us by email or message.
- If you want the item returned by shipping, this is your responsibility and expense.
- Once a sale has gone through – online or physically in the store – it is final.
You cannot cancel the sale or ask to get the item back once it has been purchased.
