Delivery and Pickup
We offer both delivery and in-store pickup of our unique secondhand and vintage pieces. All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–4 business days. You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

In-store pickup
You can also choose to pick up your order in our store. Select pickup at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your item is ready. You are welcome to collect it during our opening hours.

International delivery
For deliveries outside Denmark, please contact us by email. We will be happy to arrange the best shipping option for you and provide a tailored offer.

Returns: 

If your online order isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it.

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us via Instagram or email that you wish to return it and include your tracking number.

Please send your return to a parcel shop near us rather than home delivery to ensure we can collect it.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping, especially for valuable items.
  • The customer is responsible for the parcel until it has been safely delivered to us. We cannot issue refunds for parcels that are lost, damaged, or fail to arrive. Any compensation claim must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no additional signs of wear, stains, odours, or missing accessories. We photograph all items before shipping and reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
  • Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

All purchases made in our physical store are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We are always happy to help you inspect, try on, and review any item before purchase so you can shop with confidence.
